At ÉlMaison, we carefully curate makeup and skincare products to ensure quality, authenticity, and hygiene. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any makeup or skincare products once an order has been placed and delivered.

Cosmetics & Hygiene Notice

In accordance with consumer protection and hygiene regulations, cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used. To protect our customers, we apply this policy to all cosmetic products, including those that appear unopened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • an incorrect product

  • a package damaged during transit

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.elmaison@gmail.com, including clear photos of:

  • the product

  • the outer packaging

  • the shipping label

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or store solution, where applicable.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
