We currently ship to the following countries:

Orders placed outside these countries cannot be processed at this time.
2. Pre-Order Policy
All products available on ÉlMaison are sold on a pre-order basis.
This means:

Products are not shipped immediately

Orders require additional processing time before dispatch
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is a pre-order.
3. Processing Time (Pre-Orders)

The processing time for all pre-orders is approximately 10–12 business days

This timeframe includes sourcing, quality checks, and order preparation

Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays
Processing times are estimates and may vary slightly due to availability or logistical factors.
4. Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Hungary: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or external circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Fees

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the pre-order nature of our products:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed

Please ensure all order and address details are correct before completing your purchase
7. Delays & Courier Responsibility
ÉlMaison is not responsible for:

delays caused by courier services
-
customs or logistical delays

force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, etc.)
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

10. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit:
